Dear Tony,
You cleaned our 15-year-old family room carpet, which we wanted to replace, but due to circumstances we could not
buy new carpeting. We were pleasantly surprised how clean you got the old dirty carpet. The stains we thought
were permanent were completely removed. Now, for months later, the spots and the old carpet smell are still gone,
unlike previous carpet cleaners who seemed the make the carpet smell worse and one week later all the old spots
would reappear. Honestly, due to our last three carpet cleaning experiences were very skeptical to have it cleaned
again and were concerned the carpeting might look worse due to its age, but you have done a superb job and saved
our carpet.
Latest update - our house was put on the market in September, one week later it was in escrow. The house buyer
made a very nice comment about the house saying, "your house looks very clean and in good condition".
Wow, if he would've seen it four months before.
Thank you for doing such a beautiful job, who knows how much extra value was added to our home by having a clean
family room carpet. You really do have the BEST way!

Dear Tony,
I'd like to tell you how grateful I am and pleased to add this letter to your portfolio.. I remember the first
time you helped us when you cleaned spilled grape juice out of our brand new carpet and saved it. The carpet was
saved and we were delighted and impressed.
Now when you and your sons came into our home and did a multitude of projects. First, the draperies were cleaned
right on the windows where they hand. We used to send them out to clean but had to live without drapes and they
could never hang the same again. We were without drapes and they never hung the same as before. In addition,
you even cleaned the bathtub drapes they are squeaky clean.
Our two miniature poodles keep our rugs regularly spotted. We tried other carpet cleaners before and they could
not remove the spots. Well, the spots are gone with your fabulous carpet cleaner product! Yes, the oriental rugs
also are rejuvenated; it looks like we just bought new carpets at a fraction of the cost.
It seems like a good idea to apply that 3M Sketchpad protection to keep carpeting, rugs and furniture cleaner and
brighter longer. Our blinds, yes, they too are bright and clean. Our furniture is looking brand new. We love
the new leather furniture that your experts re-dyed with this wonderful new method. One more thing, Tony its good
you replaced the padding under all our rugs with all this work, our hardwood floors show no scratches or damage
after all this labor.
Even our housekeeper of 20 years was commenting on the wonderful work. I just had a luncheon with my ladies club
and I had to share the professionalism and quality of your fine work with them too. I would not be surprised if
you would hear from them to take care of their fine investments too.
Tony, it is a marvel how harmonious you work with your sons. What we are most grateful for is that we did not
have to hire five or six different companies and deal with all those people, but your fine team was able to take
care of it all.

Dear Mr. Toth,
Our 75-year-old house has a lot of things going for it, but water sometimes seeps through the basement walls, especially
if the gardeners over water the flowerbeds close to the house. We didn't discover the recent water damage in the
basement back bedroom for many days after it occurred, thus the new sea grass wall to wall carpet we had to put
down in February had time to soak up several gallons of water and grow elegant patches of mold. The skirt on a
new sofa bed had also wicked up a good deal of water.
Your son James and helpers arrived within a day or two after I called and did some mysterious work with chemicals,
and told me one can't vacuum water out of a grass rug. They left us with a monster fan, which I moved around for
the next three days. At then end of the third day the carpet was dry and only slightly darker where it had been
water soaked. No signs of mold, the sofa-bed fabric dried without a trace of stain!
Because your crew knew what to do we won't lose the carpet. The new sofa bed is unharmed and will cover the slightly
darkened places and nobody except my wife and I will ever know anything ever happened there.
