Dear Tony,

In July 2000 you cleaned our 15-year old family room carpet, which we wanted to replace, but due to circumstances we could not buy new carpeting. We were pleasantly surprised how clean you got the old dirty carpet. The stains we thought were permanent were completely removed. Now, four months later, the spots and the old carpet smell are still gone, unlike previous carpet cleaners who seemed to make the carpet smell worse and one week later all the old spots would reappear. Honestly, due to our last three carpet cleaning experiences we were very skeptical to have it cleaned again and were concerned the carpeting might look worse due to its age, but you have done a superb job and saved our carpet.

I can’t tell you how fed up I was with carpet cleaners until I found you. With my 18 vacation rentals, it seemed like I was having a carpet cleaned every few months, never using the same one again (you name it, I’ve tried them!) because I was never satisfied with the results or impressed with the service. Sure, they always looked good the day it was cleaned, but the spots always came back immediately. One time, when I wasn’t paying attention, one of them dumped the dirty water down a kitchen sink of a condo on the third floor. Of course the little carpet fibers clogged up the drain which caused the unit above to back up, also, and I had to call a plumber on a weekend which cost me about $150. My carpet cleaning nightmares ended when I found you. At first I was taken back by your prices, but now I know that you are worth every penny! The carpets not only look like new when you finish but they stay that way, for a long time. The same spots don’t return and the carpets smell clean and fresh. Thank you for restoring our very expensive ($100,000.00) carpet that had been ruined by painters and other service operations. It was so soiled and stained that all the former carpet cleaning companies were unable to restore it to satisfy our sophisticated new owners.

Recently, I took bids from four companies to have the carpeting cleaned in my home. Between work done at my office and home I had previous experience with two of the companies. In neither case was the service totally satisfactory. Although your bid was approximately 15% higher than your competitors, I decided to try your service because we were impressed with the knowledge Erica evidenced in discussing the work with my wife.

In retrospect this was an excellent decision. All the carpeting was cleaned meticulously and with outstanding results. To Whom It May Concern:

The carpeting in my home is more than 30 years old and has weathered the raising of two boys and several large dogs. It is well worn and I had no intention of having it cleaned as we were in the process of remodeling the house. The downstairs was completed and we were ready to tackle the upstairs, which contained the old carpeting. It was quite stained and had a terrible smell.

Then, as life would have it… we stained the new carpeting downstairs with a strawberry. I was horrified to see the disaster and called Tony’s Best Way carpeting and upholstery cleaning to remedy the new rug. I also asked if there would be a possibility of cleaning the 30 year old carpeting, primarily to remove the odor. They said “Certainly!” And, to my surprise, they not only took care of the strawberry stain, but also returned the 30 year old carpeting to near new. The odor was gone and the spots were removed – I could not believe the results – it was amazing.

The men who came to clean the home were courteous, careful and knowledgeable about the process they used with the rugs. They moved the furniture to assure that all areas of the rugs were cleaned and provided plastic footings for the furniture to avoid any staining. The product used to clean was extremely effective.

I can’t tell you how fed up I was with carpet cleaners until I found you. With my 18 vacation rentals, it seemed like I was having a carpet cleaned every few months, never using the same one again (you name it, I’ve tried them!) because I was never satisfied with the results or impressed with the service. The carpeting in my home is more than 30 years old and has weathered the raising of two boys and several large dogs. It is well worn and I had no intention of having it cleaned as we were in the process of remodeling the house. The downstairs was completed and we were ready to tackle the upstairs, which contained the old carpeting. It was quite stained and had a terrible smell.

Then, as life would have it… we stained the new carpeting downstairs with a strawberry. I was horrified to see the disaster and called Tony’s Best Way carpeting and upholstery cleaning to remedy the new rug. I also asked if there would be a possibility of cleaning the 30 year old carpeting, primarily to remove the odor. Dear Mr. Toth,

Our 75 year old house has a lot of things going for it, but water sometimes seeps through the basement walls, especially if the gardeners over water the flowerbeds close to the house. We didn’t discover the recent water damage in the basement back bedroom for many days after it occurred, thus the new sea grass wall to wall carpet we had put down in February had time to soak up several gallons of water and grow elegant patches of mold. Dear Tony,

I can’t tell you how fed up I was with carpet cleaners until I found you. With my 18 vacation rentals, it seemed like I was having a carpet cleaned every few months, never using the same one again (you name it, I’ve tried them!) because I was never satisfied with the results or impressed with the service. Sure, they always looked good the day it was cleaned, but the spots always came back immediately. One time, when I wasn’t paying attention, one of them dumped the dirty water down a kitchen sink of a condo on the third floor. Of course the little carpet fibers clogged up the drain which caused the unit above to back up, also, and I had to call a plumber on a weekend which cost me about $150. My carpet cleaning nightmares ended when I found you. At first I was taken back by your prices, but now I know that you are worth every penny! The carpets not only look like new when you finish but they stay that way, for a long time. The same spots don’t return and the carpets smell clean and fresh. Your sons are polite and thorough; never complain about moving furniture and they show up on time!

Dear Tony,

I’d like to tell you how grateful I am and pleased to add this letter to your portfolio… I remember the first time you helped us when you cleaned spilled grape juice out of our brand new carpet and saved it. The carpet was saved and we were delighted and impressed. Now when you and your sons came into our home and did a multitude of projects.

First, the draperies were cleaned right on the windows where they hang. We used to send them out to clean but had to live without drapes and they could never hang the same again. In addition, you even cleaned the bathtub drapes; they are squeaky clean.

Our two miniature poodles keep our rugs regularly spotted. We had tried other carpet cleaners before and they could not remove the spots. Well, the spots are gone with your fabulous carpet cleaner product! Yes the oriental rugs also are rejuvenated; it looks like we just bought new carpets at a fraction of the cost. It seems like a good idea to apply that 3M Scotchgard protection to keep carpeting, rugs and furniture cleaner and brighter longer. Our blinds, yes, they too are bright and clean.

Our furniture is looking brand new. We love the new leather furniture that your experts re-dyed with this wonderful new method. One more thing, Tony its good you replaced the padding under all our rugs with all this work. Our hardwood floors show no scratches or damage after all this labor.

Even our housekeeper of 20 years was commenting on the wonderful work. I just had a luncheon with my ladies club and I had to share the professionalism and quality of your fine work with them too. I would not be surprised if you would hear from them to take care of their fine investments too. Tony, it is a marvel how harmonious you work with your sons. WHAT WE ARE MOST GRATEFUL FOR IS THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO HIRE FIVE OR SIX DIFFERENT COMPANIES TO DEAL WITH ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE; BUT YOUR FINE TEAM WAS ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF IT ALL.
