Solutions for Permanent Stains and Problem Carpet
Inevitably, there are permanent stains in the carpet. Bleach stains, dyes, some pet stains, etc, that takes the color out of the carpet. Damaged areas by improper stain removal and rubbing too hard when you work on the stain and can't remove it can become permanent by setting. When that happens, we are able to patch most any carpeting by cutting out the damaged area and replacing it with left over carpets, or if you don't have any, then usually we can cut out some carpet from a closet or, in extreme cases, from under a semi-permanently placed piece of furniture.

usually are unable to tell any repair work was done on most
carpets. However, sometimes the spot is more obvious because the

Buckling carpet? Carpet shrinkage? Seams that have pulled apart?
Sometimes repairs have nothing to do with stains but instead have
to do with carpet shrinkage. Your carpet may be buckling up
or be pulling away from walls, doors or maybe your carpet seams
have pulled apart. This is due to one of three reasons; poor
installation, the sliding of heavy furniture or repeated water
saturation. This is one reason to steer clear of Steam
Cleaning.
Steam Cleaning is a commonly used carpet cleaning method but it
subjects carpet to a whole lot of moisture. Excessive moisture is
one reason carpets weaken and buckle. In addition, when the backing
is separated from the carpet pad a air pocket is created. While the
carpets surface eventually dries, this air pocket may well
contain trapped moisture -making it a possible mold haven.
